Because each ribbon set and bow is handcrafted with care, we ask that you allow 5–7 business days for order processing before your package ships. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged to bring you something truly special—it’s worth the wait!
We currently ship to all states within the United States. We do offer select International Shipping locations through UPS. If you have any questions about shipping locations, shoot us a note and we'll try to help!
Returns and exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our ribbon sets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This ensures each item you receive is brand new and handcrafted just for you.
